Designed by Flip Pallot, the Tropic Plus Hi-Vis Flip excels in stained and off-color water where tracking the line is important. Its compact 30 ft head combines a 22 ft body with short 4 ft front and back tapers. This profile transfers energy efficiently for turning over large, air-resistant flies, weighted patterns, and long leaders. The short back taper loads quickly with minimal false casts and makes the line easy to pick up and recast when fish are moving.
