The Cortland Crown Series Fly Reel is a mid-arbor disc drag fly reel built for dependable freshwater performance. Machined from aircraft-grade aluminum and hard anodized for corrosion resistance, the Crown Series combines lightweight handling with structural strength and durability.
The center disc drag provides a wide range of adjustment with low start-up inertia for increased line protection, while the counter-weighted mid-arbor spool delivers strong line capacity for weight-forward and double taper fly lines. An over-sized drag knob allows for quick adjustments on the water, and the reel includes easy left/right retrieve conversion and a Cortland branded neoprene reel bag.
