Hands down, the strongest, thinnest and most supple line on the market. I’ve have hooks break before the 4x does. I’m not sure what makes this stuff preform like it does, I guess that’s why it’s top secret.
This is the best out there ! Fourth year using it and only this Flouro ! Great for knots and super strong !
I just used it to land a 14# Atlantic salmon on the Margaree river. It was a hen and as I was fishing alone with a 2 handed switch rod, I had to slide her gently up on the beach in the dark, and the tippet performed as expected, perfectly.
No major company makes bad premium fluorocarbon tippet anymore…but the strength of this stuff is significantly stronger than anyone else’s. There are going to be less break offs, but certainly more bent hooks.
